Yes, delivery is available within Calgary (Local delivery) and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Delivery times must be scheduled in advance.

Cakes with buttercream or fresh fillings must be refrigerated. Pastries and breads should be kept in a cool, dry place. Care instructions are provided with every order.

We accept credit/debit cards, online payments through our website, and e‑transfers for custom orders.

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. Please refer to our full No Refund Policy.

Once the product leaves our care, the customer is responsible for transportation and handling. We cannot replace or refund items damaged after pickup or delivery

Yes. The cost of your custom cake includes a complimentary tasting box with four flavors from our menu.

Tastings are scheduled after your event is booked.

If you wish to try flavors before booking, the tasting box is available for $50

Full payment must be completed 7 days before pickup or delivery.

Orders placed within 7 days or less must be paid in full at the time of ordering to secure the date.

Changes can be made up to 5 days before your pickup or delivery date.

After that, no modifications can be accepted.
